シュガー吉永 (g, vo, tb-303) 大野由美子 (b, vo, electronics) 山本ムーグ （turntable,vo） 1993年結成。ビースティ・ボーイズが主催するレーベルGrand Royalと契約。長期にわたる北米とヨーロッパのツアーを行い、ライブバンドとして大きな評価を得る。その後の活動も、日本にとどまることなく、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、ロシア、アジアツアーと、精力的にライブ活動を行う。 2010年夏には、自らのレーベル”Buffalo Ranch”を設立。これまで通算、７枚アルバムをリリースした。2019年、25周年(+1年)を記念し、国内外人気の高いPshychicとEuphoricaのヴァイナルをリリースする他、秋には新譜のリリースも決定している。
Buffalo Daughter Buffalo Daughter was formed in 1993 with members: Sugar Yoshinaga (guitar, vocal, tb-303), Yumiko Ohno (bass, vocal, electronics), and Moog Yamamoto (turntable, vocal). After signing with Grand Royal label run by the Beastie Boys, they embarked on an extended North American and European tour, gaining a high reputation as a live band. Since then, they appeared not only in Japan but continued performing in the US, Europe, Russia and Asia. They founded their own label “Buffalo Ranch” in the summer of 2010. They have released seven albums in total. Celebrating its 25th+1 year anniversary in 2019, the band will release vinyls of their renowned albums ‘Pshychic’ and ‘Eurphorica’, and a new album will be released this fall.
